Dolly Group's story begins with infrastructure, the unglamorous, foundational work of road, irrigation, and defence contracting under the stewardship of Mohd Israil Sheikh. From those early decades came a discipline that defines the group today: deliver what is promised, on time, without compromise.
Over fifty years that discipline has compounded. Today the group operates seven toll plazas under NHAI, PWD and cantonment-board mandates, develops residential layouts that span lakhs of square feet across Nagpur, runs the Ginger Square destination at Jaripatka under a BOT arrangement with NMC, and owns mining operations at Yavatmal.
The next chapter, over a three-year horizon, is the delivery of more than ten lakh square feet of residential and commercial space across Mumbai, Hyderabad and Nagpur, alongside fresh BOT infrastructure pursuits.

Mohd Arshad Sheikh
MBA, SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. Leads execution and commissioning across roads, mining, real estate and toll-plaza operations, alongside land transactions.
Mohd Imran Sheikh
Graduate of Hislop College, Nagpur. Oversees land sourcing and disposal across the real estate portfolio of the group.
